I heartily recommend Tesco Car Insurance, having been involved in two non-fault accidents in the past six months. The claims staff have been nothing but helpful and are happy to go out of their way to resolve a problem. We had a serious issue with one of their repairers last week, and it was sorted within an hour.

I work in insurance so know just how bad the service from some insurers can be - good service like this is well worth hanging on to just to preserve your sanity!

Absolutely terrible service received from Tesco Car Insurance. I was involved in a non fault claim in January 2008. My car was written off by the other driver. It took 11 months and a massive complaint to FOS (Which was decided in my favour) for this to be rectified. I have been insured with Tesco for 6 years, I will not be renewing in March 2009

I have just taken out a policy with tesco and have heard nothing but good things from my friends so hopefully i will receve the same treatment!!!
